Join Michelle for a sound meditation experience where you’ll enjoy a well-deserved hour to be still, take a breath and freely float on the waves of the lightly played sounds. Melt into the yoga mat as you allow yourself to BE in the moment – your time, your space.

As you become aware of the various played sounds, you may feel supported to let go of any tension and stress during the sound journey. Consider it a refresher to soothe your heart and recharge the batteries as you drift into a new week.

Please bring:

  • water bottle
  • yoga mat
  • 2 pillows (one for under the head and another for under the knees)
  • blanket or throw
  • socks (optional)
  • an eye mask (optional)

About the Facilitator

Michelle believes that we truly need to return to ourselves to find inner peace and clarity. When living more mindfully, we naturally and positively influence ourselves and the world around us. Having led a stressed life in business, she stumbled upon the modalities of sound healing, meditation and laughter to find her inner calm.

Michelle holds a Diploma in Integral Sound Healing (Groups) from the Sound Healing Academy (UK) and is a qualified Laughter Yoga facilitator. She also teaches courses in mindfulness and meditation for Mindfulness Works Australia. It’s in these sacred spaces, that she connects and assists others find their version of tranquillity. Michelle is passionate about teaching others to find comfort and calm with soothing sounds as a means to ease the stressors of life.
