Obscura and Chelsea ready to perform at Wagakki Japanese musical performance at RMOA

Experience current exhibition, RMOA Collection: Made in Japan, brought to life through a wagakki musical performance by local musicians, Obscura and Chloe Sturgess.

Wagakki refers to traditional Japanese string, wind and percussion instruments. Learn more about these special instruments and their connection to the artworks and objects on display from RMOA Collection. 

  

  • Relaxed performance for all ages and abilities
  • Seating provided, come and go as you need
  • Disposable foam earplugs available and you are welcome to bring your own ear plugs or noise cancelling headphones
  • A quiet space is available, please speak to Front of House staff on the day

Tickets for this program are free. There is an additional option of choosing to purchase a contribution ticket at $5.00 or $10.00 for those who have capacity and wish to help cover costs of organising these programs. If you select a contribution ticket, there's no need to also select an admission ticket (selecting both will reserve two places).
