Join artist educator, Chloe Sturgess, for an engaging exhibition tour of RMOA Collection: Made in Japan that focusses on celebrating and cultivating appreciation for kimono. Meticulously and masterfully designed, decorated and constructed, these beautiful traditional garments carry rich social, cultural and historical importance.
Through an approachable and conversational tour, Chloe will provide fascinating insights into the contexts for the kimono on display, as well as a demonstration of how the elements of kimono are assembled and worn.
During Rockhampton River Festival, RMOA will be impacted by a number of road closures, including Quay Street.
