At a table set in the gallery, Dans le Noir (in the dark) invites you to push your limits and experience an extraordinary dinner. This unique concept challenges you to 'dine in the dark', allowing flavours, aromas and textures to linger a little longer. As the evening unfolds, you'll enjoy an immersive dining experience at a shared table and a surprise three-course menu. Blindfolded at times, flavours and human exchanges become intimate, offering new perspectives and inviting reflection on our perceptions and habits. Promising an intimate experience where every bite is a discovery, this special dining event invites you to experience food with time, attention and contemplation, revealing unexpected flavours and bold combinations.

Three-course set menu with Cocktail Pairing

Secret three-course set menu including Entree, Main and Dessert with each dish paired with a specially curated in-house cocktail to enhance your experience. 

Seats are limited and we recommend you book early to avoid disappointment.

Seating arrangements for this event are allocated and based on the date the booking is made. Dietary, seating or special needs requests can be made at the time of booking or by emailing rmoa@rrc.qld.gov.au up to 1 May 2026. After this date, requests cannot be guaranteed.
