Terms and Conditions of Membership

  1. Rockhampton Museum of Art membership is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase until the expiry date printed on the membership card.
  2. Membership purchased prior to the public opening of Rockhampton Museum of Art will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of opening.

    Membership Fees

  3. All membership prices are inclusive of GST.
  4. Rockhampton Museum of Art membership is non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
  5. A fee of $2.00 per member card is payable for replacement cards.

    Benefits

  6. Membership benefits and discounts are only available upon the presentation of a valid membership card or another form of identification.
  7. Membership cards and any associated benefits are non-transferable. Only the named person/s or organisation listed on the membership card can use it.
  8. Concession or Student ID must be presented as proof of entitlement at the time of purchase.

    Lapsing of Membership

  9. Any Member whose fee is overdue for more than one (1) month will cease to be a member and will not be entitled to access any benefits and entitlements of membership.
  10. If a Member renews their membership within two (2) months of lapsing, the old membership number will be re-issued. If the membership is renewed after two (2) months of lapsing, a new membership number will be issued.

    Cancellation of Membership

  11. Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing written notification to the Rockhampton Museum of Art.
  12. Rockhampton Regional Council reserves the right to cancel membership if a member acts in a manner which in its sole opinion brings the Rockhampton Museum of Art into disrepute.

    Amendments

  13. Rockhampton Regional Council reserves the right to vary programs, events, membership fees, benefits and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  14. Any changes to membership offers will be published on the website.
