The Margaret Olley Art Trust Collection Study Room is a small gallery space located on the second level of the Rockhampton Museum of Art. It provides public access to works of art from the Rockhampton Museum of Art Collection that are not currently on display. The room is used by education groups (from early learning centres through to postgraduate studies students), clubs and membership groups as well as visiting members of the public. Admission to The Margaret Olley Art Trust Collection Study Room is free. If groups wish to also engage in a presentation or talk, this may attract a charge.

The Margaret Olley Art Trust Collection Study Room is open by appointment and available for booking to ensure wide accessibility to the Rockhampton Museum of Art Collection. Requests for specific artworks to be displayed are collected all year round.

For enquiries or to request to view works from the Collection, please email rmoa@rrc.qld.gov.au

Whilst every measure is taken to accommodate requests, Collection and Curatorial staff will make the final decision on which artworks are available and suitable for display.
