First Nations book club, unbound, is back for Series II. In this curated list of books, Indigenous experiences - both fictional and factual - take front and centre stage.
From Larissa Behrendt’s narrative weaving together English literary and Indigenous storytelling, to Billy-Ray Belcourt’s unfettered collection of Native queer essays on intimacy, love and grief, to co-authors Karlie Noon and Krystal De Napoli’s exquisite accounts of First Nations understandings and relationships with the sky – there is something in this selection for all readers. Tony Birch’s newest collection of short stories makes Series II of unbound, as does the incredible and powerful Chelsea Watego with her unapologetic accounts of life lived as a Black woman in Another Day in the Colony.
Purchase your pack for unbound Series II now and join us for our conversations from 10.00am-11.00am on Sunday 17th July and Sunday 14th August.
